deluxe tailgate renewal kit
Weatherstripping is good quality, I really like the glass guide channels to replace my rusty ones, huge difference

Drop in and go.
Well maybe a bit of work to get it in. High quality pieces and everything needed to get the tailgate going up and down so you can proceed to do the Serehill relay modification. I changed to 7/16 e-clips instead of the hammer on retaining clips. I also squeezed the tailgate lift bar to get a tighter fit on the glass, but the rubber strip works perfectly.

Tailgate kit
I needed to replace the inner workings of the tailgate on my 1988 Grand Wagoneer. I took the parts to a restoration guy, who said everything fit perfectly. Needed to re-do one of the clips, and he used adhesive in the lifter bar to secure the glass completely. Works perfectly now! TGW has been a great source for parts for my Jeep!

Deluxe Tailgate Renewal Kit
Excellent kit and all parts fit perfectly. Best part is the window operates smoothly and no more tailgate rattles! The window regulator clips are a pain to install given the design of the mechanism. A washer and 7/16 e clip is much easier. Definitely worth the money if you’re tired of a rattle and loose window!

Deluxe Tailgate Renewal Kit
This is a very nice and complete kit. All of the parts in the kit installed and worked perfectly. My only suggestion is to include four of the tailgate bumpers as there are two on the tailgate and two on the body, then just one of the bottom stop bumpers.
