Steering wheel cover
Fit really well. Makes the steering wheel look a million times better.

Leather Wheel Cover
Excellent way to "retore" a wheel grip that's in need of repair. Allow 1 -2 hours to install though but it's well worth it.

Wheelskins leather steering wheel cover
Well made and it looks great, even comes with a needle and thread. It's too big for the steering wheel in a Jeep Cherokee Laredo, but it's an easy fix. I recommend this steering wheel cover.

Wheelskin steering wheel cover
I admit I was skeptical, but figured for $50 it was worth a try. WOW. It is beautiful - fits perfectly and matches the interior color exactly. Can barely tell it’s not factory. Be advised though that while not difficult, installation is tedious; the instructions said it should take an hour and it took me more than an hour and a half. But still the best money and time I’ve spent on this rig yet. Highly recommend it.

Nice Fit - Better feel than stock
Just know that these are meant to fit OVER the old stock cover. My old cover had worn through and the foam padding was fused to into the torn leather so it all had to be removed. IF YOU CAN - REMOVE THE WHEEL TO DO THIS JOB, it will make it much easier when you are lacing the new cover. Without the old material the new cover is loose so I bought a $9 perforated foam cover from O”Rielly’s (the kind with the lanyard wrap) and fitted it using the lanyard, you will need to do this so that you can stretch the leather cover over it (they are tight!). Before you attach the foam cover make sure that it’s not too big on the wheel, I had to remove about 3mm around the whole circumference so that it wouldn’t pucker as I tightened the leather cover over it. Also, be sure to trim around the back edge where the 2 flat spokes attach to the wheel so that it doesn’t bunch up there. Once you have fitted the leather over the foam cover and centered everything you can remove the lanyard by cutting at every second loop and pull the pieces out. Then you can thread the leather cover as stated in the instructions. MAJOR ADVICE - if you have good tight cycling or horseback gloves wear one on your strong hand so that you can pull the lace tight, it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes once you start lacing and it can really stress the skin on your hands without some protection. If you want to do this right you must Pull Very Hard on each loop of the lace (don’t be afraid of tearing, there is an unbreakable thread inside the folded part of the leather), the tighter you can lace it the better it will fit over time. The new cover has a little more texture than stock and feels more secure. Enjoy!
