Direct-Fit OE Style Tailgate Glass Channel Cushion Seal.
This OE-style tailgate glass channel cushion seal installs at the bottom of the tailgate glass, fitting between the glass and the channel to cushion and stabilize the window during operation. It helps prevent glass movement and vibration as the window moves up and down.
By reducing vibration, this seal keeps the tailgate glass tight and secure while driving and helps extend the life of surrounding seals and gaskets. Designed as a direct replacement, this cushion seal is an exact duplicate of the original equipment part. Installation is simple—no adhesive required. The seal lays directly into the lifter bar channel.

WINDOW CHANNEL INSTALL
WASN'T SURE AT FIRST HOW TO INSTALL AS I DID IT BY MYSELF. FOLDED THE CUSHION IN HALF AND INSERTED IT INTO THE LIFT CHANNEL. APPLIED A SMALL AMOUNT OF VASOLINE AND SLID THE WINDOW IN FROM THE SIDE. NO ISSUES SO FAR AND THE WINDOW WORKS PERFECT.

so to put this on, dont try to slide it on, just hold up the window on a bit pillow, lay the rubber under the window lifter, and beat it into place with a bit of wood, or rubber mallet, carefully and from one end to the other, worked great
