We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders placed by 10:30 AM CST. & for items "in stock" items normally ship within 48-72 hours.
Normal Ground transit times can vary from 2 to 6 business days.
* Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE to the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 48 STATES
Most orders are processed the following business day upon receiving a completed payment. All items shipping within the lower 48 US States ship via UPS or USPS. In most cases shipping time should not exceed 7 Business Days. Saturday & Sunday not included.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO, VIRGIN ISLANDS & ALL MILITARY APO/FPO SHIPMENTS
All items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping charge. (If applicable, customer will be notified via email before processing the order) In most cases shipping time should not exceed 10 Business Days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All items shipping to Countries outside the US will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the items ordered and country shipping to. We are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes incurred. Additional shipping may be required for large packages or packages exceeding 70lbs & or maximum height requirements.

Return Policy & Warranty:
- Team Grand Wagoneer 60-day Guarantee
Items sold by Team Grand Wagoneer come with a 60 Day Satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product Please fill out our On-Line Return Form to arrange a return. We will refund your money less the shipping & a 20% restock fee. Alternatively please email us or call us at 262-658-2268. The warranty period begins from the date of receipt.
- Team Grand Wagoneer Company Warranty
All parts are covered by a 60-day Team Grand Wagoneer warranty against defects or failure. In the event of a part failure, a replacement will be shipped out at no cost and a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to cover the cost of returning the defective part back to Team Grand Wagoneer.
- Team Grand Wagoneer Manufacturer Warranty
If a part fails after 60 days but before 1 year, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any return shipping costs. Some of the parts offered by Team Grand Wagoneer have warranties that are greater than 1 year; the warranty duration will be noted in the product details section.
- Specifications & Exclusions
Warranties cover the part only and do not cover any damage, labor, or other inconveniences incurred. This warranty is voided if the part has been modified or used outside of their stated applications. In some cases, additional pieces may be included with the parts that are not pictured or noted; the warranties do not cover any of these add-ons. Team Grand Wagoneer does not warranty light bulbs. If you receive a lighting product (Headlight, taillight, parking light, fog light etc.) that comes with the bulbs, the bulbs are not covered under our warranty. Our warranty applies only to the light assembly. Parts that have been installed cannot be returned for credit, only exchanged for a replacement under the warranty. Custom made items are sold as-is and cannot be returned (ie; custom color carpet / floor mats). Return shipping is only covered under the 60-day Team Grand Wagoneer warranty.
Team Grand Wagoneer Fitment Guarantee:
There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a part only to find out that it won't fit your Jeep like the retailer said it would. You can rest assured that all the parts we carry will fit the vehicles that they are listed for. Team Grand Wagoneer does all the research for you. All the parts we carry are guaranteed to fit the vehicles they are listed for. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Team Grand Wagoneer will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part and Team Grand Wagoneer will pay for return shipping.
If there is a problem with the fit of a part, we may ask you for your vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information about your vehicle. Your help is very valuable to us in determining the reason for a fit issue.
Incorrect Item Received/ Missing Items:
If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call us at 262-658-2268 within 10 days of receiving the items. The correct item will be sent at no charge. If you believe you are missing any item from your order, you MUST contact us within 10 business days for a replacement to be shipped.
No longer want or need an item:
If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition you may return it to us within 60 days of the original purchase date (excludes custom made items). Please fill out our On-Line Return Form, email first to arrange the return. Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the part price less the shipping & 20% restock fee. Team Grand Wagoneer does not accept returns on electrical items except under special circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment:
Please notify us within 10 business days from date of receipt of any damage caused by shipping. This is so we can make a claim against the carrier if appropriate.
- KEEP THE BOX AND MERCHANDISE!
- Email us at sales@teamgrandwagoneer.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a new item out immediately (for items over $200 we will ship a new item upon receiving the damaged item).
We at Team Grand Wagoneer strive to maintain our website, email quotes, and written quotes to be as accurate as possible with regard to price and content. Changes in supplier cost, website re-structuring, and human error can affect the prices and descriptions. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We will always email or call if an item should be priced differently, or an error in the listing is discovered.
