Team Grand Wagoneer – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TeamGrandWagoneer.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with the parts you receive. Please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Free of adhesive, tooling marks, stretching, cuts, or modification

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Installed or test-fitted weatherstrip cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstance:

  • Electrical parts (switches, connectors, motors, relays, wiring, etc.)

  • Installed or attempted-installation components

  • Cut-to-length materials (glass runs, division bars, etc.)

  • Special-order or custom products

  • Clearance or final-sale items


How to Request a Return

All returns must be authorized.

  1. Email returns@teamgrandwagoneer.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Parts you want to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if helpful (damage, incorrect item, fitment issue, etc.)

  2. You’ll receive Return Authorization and instructions.
    Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you received an incorrect item, damaged package, or missing parts:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will replace or correct the issue at no cost to you.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, less original shipping costs.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and return processing.

We do not charge a restocking fee if the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you need a different part, an exchange may be available. Standard return rules and restock fees apply unless we made an error.


FSJ Weatherstrip Fitment Notes

Because 1963–1991 Full-Size Jeeps vary in body alignment and tolerances, some weatherstrip may require:

  • Warmth or shaping

  • Correct adhesives

  • Minor adjustment to doors, tailgate, or windows
