Jeep Grand Wagoneer Upper Tail Gate Inner Surround Moulding.
We have a solution to your cracked, flaked or missing chrome trim. This plastic chrome trim is located closest to the glass on the upper tailgate opening. This push on plastic chrome trim is about 3/8" wide. Original is about 1/2" wide.
We have searched high and low for a good replacement and have so far found that this trim works the best.
This Trim Is Also Made Here In The U.S.A.
Due to the size and length of the trim there may be some wrinkling to trim. Most of the wrinkles can be removed with a heat gun. The trim looks great installed on the tailgate of your Jeep Grand Wagoneer! If your trim is cracked, peeling or missing all together, replace it today!

Tougher Than Hoped
This took way longer to install than I hoped and gave my fingers a workout! The channel just wasn't wide enough to easily slide in place without help from a screwdriver. It came all coiled up so it was nasty to keep straight. It looks decent although as another reviewer mentioned it's thinner than the OG.

It fits nice and tight. You have to be patient installing it but when finished it looks great.

Rear window moulding
This was OK but I had expected a pre mounded piece rather than a coil of faux chrome trim that I could have gotten enywhere. This coil worked OK but is slightly less wide than the original (about 1/4”).

great replacement but not the same
The old trim on my 88 GW was peeling and discolored. The description of this item is accurately explained and is a little thinner than original equipment. Easy to install and is a good replacement but not the same coverage. I would still recommend because good luck trying to find an exact replacement.

looks great. is significantly skinnier than original but not crazy noticeable, unless you are looking for it. can see the outline of original paint, though.
