This Direct Fit Heater Blower Motor Will Fit All Jeep Grand Wagoneers , Full Size Wagoneers, Full Size Cherokees , Cherokee Chiefs, Jeep J10 Pick Up Trucks & Jeep J20 Pick Up Trucks From 1978-1991.
If Your Blower Motor Stops Working Completely Or The Blower Starts To Make Growling Noises Every Time You Put The Heater Fan Switch On, It May Be Time To Replace This Blower Motor.
This Heater Blower Motor Is Located In The Engine Compartment On The Passengerside Firewall Area & Only Takes About 15-Minutes For The Average Person To Replace.
Please Keep In Mind The AC Blower Is Located Under Dash On Passenegr Side-That Motor Is Different & Called The AC Blower Motor.
The Heater Blower Motor & AC Blower Motor Is Not Interchangeable & Unlike Most Cars , Is Separate & Runs Separately.

new motor
just arrived and installed today, seems to work great so far and the vent tube hole is in the proper location. Was forced to install a unimotor last winter out of desperation and had to wire it and make it run backwards to make the air flow in the proper direction. the backwards connected unimotor seemed to draw too many amps and helped to overheat the main hot terminal on the fan switch causing lots of problems. I was very happy to learn that this motor is correct and hooking the orange to orange and the black to ground like the original it was spinning the right way. Hopefully this will help with the common melted fan switch terminals many of us Jeepers are familiar with.
