Works great
It may only take a few minutes to actually install the switch, but it takes a bit longer to get to it. You have to remove some of the trim and then take out the instrument cluster and it's a tight fit back there with the speedo-cable. But it works well and it's just how you have to get to it.

Let There Be Light(s)
Replacement of this switch was pretty straight forward. I did struggle a bit to remove the old one from the dashboard. I suggest removing all four of the switches in this pod to facilitate replacement of the head light switch.
