If There Is A Hole In The Frame Itself You Must Recap & Repair The Frame With Our Rear Frame Repair Kit Which Comes With Instructions!

Good fit.
Got it up and in place, had trouble getting all the bolt holes lined up, but not sure all the holes are in the same place for all FSJs.

Fuel tank skid plate
The long strap that goes around tank and is close to the fuel sending unit was way too short. I had to do some creative assembly and it turned out fine. If not for that I would rate 5 stars.

Great replacement
Fit decently, no holes for fuel hose skid/guard. Required longer hardware for fuel tank straps. Rubber mat wasn’t intuitive but worked. Thicker than OEM, and required some tweaking to get bolts to line up, but overall extremely satisfied!

Pretty good
Shipped it fast which was GREAT!! And much appreciated! Fitment was decent, a little tight and after a test drive had the drive shaft knuckle rub when the frame flexes when going in and out of a steep driveway. Will need a little "persuasion" but overall happy with it!

Quality product
I purchased the skid plate, rubber mat, hangars, main support, and bolt kit. My 1988 GW was in great shape and the only rust was on the skid plate It was bad and I thought it was going to fall off! I’m glad I bought the whole kit because once I dropped it... everything was busted. It took me half a day to install it by myself. Replaced all the rubber hoses too. Do yourself a favor and install the main support first and weld the three nuts in the frame (under driver/passenger door) , there’s no way to get a wrench on them. I would purchase again.
