This Is The Plastic Flex Window Gear Or Otherwise Known As The Flex Track That Helps The Window Go Up Or Down By Attaching To The Gear Of The Window Motor Of Each Door & Then Lifting Up The Window Channel To Raise The Window Up & Down.
In Most Cases When The Window Motor Stops Working And You Can Hear The Window Motor Running The Flex Rack Is Most Likely To Be The Problem.
These Direct Fit Plastic Flex Rack Gears Are Correct & Will Fit All Jeep Grand Wagoneers, Full Size Wagoneers, Full Size Cherokees, Cherokee Chiefs, J10/J20 Pick Up Trucks From 1983-1991.

This worked out perfectly for me, took me longer than the instructions suggested, but that was more things on the door other than the track. The grease worked out well also. Time to work on the other slow windows.

Window operation
Perfect fit, I bought my wagoneer with all four windows inop. I didn’t know that I was gonna fix all windows for 70 dollars and about 2 hours.

Window flex rack
This unit is different than the oem one in the way it attached to the channel on the bottom of the window. The oem rack had a big round plastic washer/slide piece that attached to the rack with a torx screw and the new one has a riveted rectangle piece that you pass through the door in the window channel then turn 90 degree to hold it. Time will tell if it holds up.

In my view there is only 1 company able to meet all my parts needs %100 …the flex straps are magnificent…they fit perfectly…if I have one complaint it would be that postage is too expensive when other companies in the US for parts can post much cheaper…..but product wise…no one is better then team grand wagoneer
