This Is A Spicer Brand Outer Pinion Bearing & Cup Set Made Specifically To Fit The Front Or Rear Dana 44 Differential On Your Grand Wagoneer Or Full Size Jeep & Truck.
Spicer Was The Original Brand Used By The Manufacturer When Your Jeep Was Being Built And Was Engineered To Work With The Dana 44 Front & Rear Axle Assembly.
If Your Differential Whether It Be Front Or Rear Makes A Whining Noise At A Certain Speed And It Generate The Noise From The Center Area It May Only Be This Outer Pinion Bearing.
We Do Offer A Spicer Brand Inner Bearing Set As Well And If You Are Not Sure Or You Have Already Inspected Your Axle Assembly We Recommend You Install Both Sets At The Same Time.
If Your Differential Requires More Work We Then Would Recommend You Install A Master Bearing Kit.
You Will Also Need A Pinion Seal When Installing The Outer Pinion Bearings.
