high volume water pump
Well made good looking lightweight pump. lowered my engine temp. Pump is thinner than stock near heater hose outlet.Kit comes with two quality grade spacers that make up thickness so alternator bracket fits perfect.

Best solution for hot running Waggy
I had been trouble shooting Waggy for almost a month and couldn't figure out why it was running hotter than it used to after completing a whole top end rebuild. After going through each component, I realized that I had installed a "factory style" water pump instead of the high flow option that was previously installed. I just finished installing and giving the car a good shake down and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. She holds steady at around 180 even sitting at idle in traffic on a hot summer day inf Miami!

ALUMINUM HIGH VOLUME HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER PUMP V8 GW 1974-1991
Compared pump to the one it was replacing and found it had larger inlet and outlet ports. Been running it for a week and it works well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it arrived WITHOUT the four double-threaded screws needed to connect the fan. This adeded another half hour to the installation as we had to remove the screws from the old pump to install on this one. Package also arrived damaged with a large hole in the box.

High Performance Water Pump.
I received my order promptly. The only negative thing is the box that the water pump was shipped in was to small and very little protection. Water pump was poking out of the side of box because the box was to small and no bubble wrap.
