This Switch Prevents The A/C System From Damaging The Compressor If It Is Very Low On Refrigerant Or If The Low Pressure System Gets Too Much Pressure-Then This Valve Will Blow Out Thus Stopping The A/C System From Working At All To PROTECT The Expensive Components Of The System Such As The Compressor Or Condenser.

After not being able to figure out the problem with my ac not working, a shop said the low pressure switch was bad and they don't make em anymore. One call to Team GW and now my ac works as it should! No more paper clip in the switch plug.
