This York A/C Compressor Is A Brand New AC Compressor NOT A Reman One.
This Is A Direct Replacement AC Compressor For All Jeep Grand Wagoneers, Full Size Wagoneers, Full Size Cherokees, Cherokee Chief, Jeep J10 Pick Up Trucks, J20 Pick Up Trucks With The V8 360/401 Engines From 1978-1988.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN 1988-THERE WERE 2-A/C COMPRESSOR STYLES-One Was This York & The Other Was An OVAL Style Aluminum SANDEN Compressor.
This York A/C Compressor Assembly Is The Square Style Compressor That Normally Came Painted Black.
These Compressors Will Make Knocking Noises When Going Bad & Will Not Produce Cold Air Once That Happens.
These May Also Leak From The Rear Cover Gasket Requiring Replacement As Well.
This AC Compressor Does Not Include The Clutch Pulley W/Coil.
HOWEVER, We Highly Recommend Replacing The Clutch & Pulley Assembly At The Same Time.
